Slow flow is a type of Vinyasa which brings the element of time into the practice allowing  beginners to create their own synchronized dance, while learning poses and how to move, breathe, and stretch between poses. 

Martina teaches dynamic slow flow classes focusing on correct postural alignment with body and breath awareness, giving the opportunity to create a space for self-acceptance and at the same time the chance for students to find and explore their own edge.

Slow flowing Vinyasa is a wonderful practice in discovering one’s personal limitations and learning how to move past those limitations.

The practitioner has time to evaluate how and when a pose should to be modified, due to physical limitations or limitations in experience. The practitioner also has the time to mentally engage with the body, as it moves through a series. The mind and body connection is one of the main goals when practicing all forms of Yoga. 



Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching, doing just a few postures in the course of an hour. It is a completely different experience than most contemporary yoga. Restorative classes are very mellow, making them a good complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress.

During the long holds of restorative yoga, however, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. A sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. 

Yoga Nidra, which is derived from the tantras, is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously. Yoga Nidra drags you in a state of dynamic sleep, in a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. 

YiN & MeDitAtiON


Yin yoga is a quiet meditative practice perfect to balance the Yang of our fast paced live style.  It is a slow paced style of yoga with longer held postures designed to release tentions by working on the fascia, the connective tissues that wraps the muscles.

Yin lays his foundation on Traditional Chinese Medicine and the energetic lines that run all over our body known as meridians, which, if properly stimulated have an impact on our organs.

Yin classes are an opportunity to tune inwards, cultivating a relationship with ourselves, our internal responses and the fluctuations of the mind, through the understanding of the physiological benefit of the practice.

This 2hour workshop is a combination of myofascial release techniques, active release techniques, self-massage with physio roller and massage balls and restorative yoga poses. Great to help your muscle recovery and a perfect complementing to your training.
